“otMBb” is something that I have been developing and testing for months now. It’s a mix between the classic “functional bodybuilding” movements and High Intensity Interval Training. Everyday there is at least one workout that uses the OTM (On The Minute) timing structure. Thus, the name... On The Minute BodyBuilding. Each workout is approximately an hour in length. You will not only burn fat, but you will also build muscle. Your endurance/stamina will increase, as well as well as your strength.
